We moved into a new home with lots of carpet that needed cleaning. Zerorez did a great job and it now looks and feels great. We were told that a few of the really bad stains may come back up through the pads and carpet in a few days and if they did to just call them back. This did happen and they gladly came back and took care of everything - no additional cost. We are very happy with the job and will use them again in the future.

The young men that serviced my air ducts were very pleasant and courteous. They took the time to explain everything they were going to do. My house is 24 years old and these ducts have only ever been cleaned once before, several years ago, so they were nasty to say the least. I am very satisfied with the service that they provided. Great job guys!
