I love the service that the technicians gave me. I had my carpets cleaned once before by Zerorez and loved my tech and the great job he did. That's why I called them back for this past Saturday. It was Deparr who came out this time and he was excellent! There is nothing he doesn't know about cleaning carpet! He is super friendly and has the best personality!!!! He was on time and called to give me a heads up to let me know when he would arrive. He was there exactly as he said. He came in, we walked my house, and he got to work. What a beautiful job! I will ask for him the next time I need carpet cleaning. Great company, great techs, great job!

LaTarence was very thorough and efficient friendly professional when he was complete there was no heavy cleaning odor the stains in the carpet were removed or lightened extremely so that they’re not noticeable I will definitely use Zerorez again

I love the products used especially since my carpet is over 15 years old, and to be honest, I really didn't expect much success. I had decided to try this carpet cleaning procedure, and if it didn't work, I would go ahead & replace the carpet. Much to my surprise, my carpet looks so good!
