The gentleman did an amazing job! He was very friendly and informative. He definitely provided great customer service. If there is a way to request him each time, I'll definitely be doing that. If not, he has given me confidence in the company that the next person will do just as well.

I love the faster drying time and the disinfectant fogging service. It is awesome that it is done chemical free. IDee, the service technician did a great job and explained the process thoroughly.
