The technicians were very professional and thorough. I also appreciate that Zerorez came back within the 30 day period to reservice. They successfully treated the spot that reappeared and now that stain is completely gone. The bottle they left behind came in handy too when my pet soiled he carpet. I used it on the area and it worked wonders.
