The experience was positive from the beginning to the end. The scheduler was very thorough when it came to explaining prices, fees, and availability. The technician that came to my home was very proficient and professional. He took his time and was very detailed. He went above and beyond, especially when it came to cleaning my couch and love seat! My furniture practically looks brand new! My carpet looks awesome, as well. I am so glad that Zerorez was referred to me. This was money well spent.
