Very friendly service worker. Explained everything to be done prior to cleaning, we reviewed each room. Actual cleaning time was not too long. I was worried about the cleaning pipes and hoses leaving marks on the wall, but there were none.

Our Technician, Tyson, and the service were fantastic. I cannot believe the difference in our 15 year old berber carpet. I didn't think the carpet could get that clean but Tyson kept working at it (with different treatments) and did an amazing job! All our carpets looked like new, just in time for our open house. Our house sold in 3 days!
