We are not completely happy with our carpets once they dried. They appear streaked with dirt now. There’re perfectly white stripes them stripes of displaced dirt. We simply called and asked them to come take a look at them and see if this was something they could rectify. With no question they will be back today. The person on the phone was exceptional and the guys who came to do the work originally were courteous and professional. We will have them here again today and will be happy to update our experience after this visit.
