I really liked the customer service of the 2 gentleman that was sent. It was a 10. They were very professional and worked hard to get the carpets as clean as possible, I believe. Darrius did an excellent job considering he has only been with Zerorez a few weeks. The downstairs rooms and stairs were done well but, the master bedroom, parts of the carpet was not as clean as I expected it to be. I called to see if someone could come back out and take a look at it and was told I had to be called back because the computers were down and I never received a callback on this issue. I’m still waiting, however I would refer Zerorex to someone else because. I’m sure it was just an oversight on your part. Thanks, Name removed
Josh did a fabulous job! I would score a 12 if that was an option! I would never consider using any company other than Zerorez for all my carpet or furniture. They are always so helpful and courteous and everything looks great when the job is finished!

The representative arrived at the scheduled time and explained the procedures for carpet and tile. Results were good. The cleaning was not rushed and dried within the time promised. The office staff also reminded us of the appointment.
