First of all I just would like to commend you on the professionalism in the way that you utilize email as well as text messages to confirm appointment. I also love that i received a call in advance of my service. Although I did have a bad situation, the way that it was handled by Steve and Bill as well as Derek is why I would rate this at 10. My rating also includes the fact that my carpets look beautiful and Steve did a wonderful job in explaining the process and keeping me informed. Bill came out to complete the job and he did a excellent job on my carpet as well as he provided me with great service and advice on my tile floors. Both Steve And Bill I rate a 10+. I also I’m very pleased with how Derek took excellent care to ensure that I was completely satisfied. For that I write him a 10+ as well.
