The customer service has always been amazing. The cleaning seems to last longer than companies like Stanley Steemer which I’ve had to have redone in 6 months in the past.

The technician, Daniel, was great. Due to my error in scheduling, I had Zerorez and another contractor performing work in my home at the same time. Daniel was patient and worked with them to make sure both tasks were accomplished professionally. He also successfully removed a carpet stain that I was unable to remove my own. Love Zerorez!
