I like how the special water does clean very thoroughly and doesn't leave any residue behind and it all dries fairly quickly. The spot cleaning by hand before the carpets are cleaned by the very trained technician also helps to eliminate long time soiled areas. My Technician, "Quantavius" did an excellent job, was very friendly, professional and worked in a very timely manner.

I like that U can clean n return an area rug in 1 weeks time. In the past u indicate it will b 2 weeks but it took 3 weeks!

I was pleased with the knowledgeable and helpful technician, Everardo Jimenez-Renteria. Also, liked the results of the HVAC and dryer duct cleaning. However, I think the price of the services should be modified ( dryer duct cleaning is ok, but HVAC cleaning should be half of the current price, I think).
