The technicians are extremely professional and very good at stain and odor removal. We have a sick cat who we thought had utterly decimated a carpet but the technicians were able to get all the stains out and it smells great.

The service and onsite agent were very good. The agent explained everything thoroughly and was very professional.

On my initial call, I opted for a time frame of 3-6PM. I received an email confirmation for the same. The day of service, my text indicated a time frame of 2-5PM. My first call from the agent was at ~ 1:15PM. We worked together and made it happen w/ out a problem. However, due to the unilateral changes by the company, there could've been a problem. Pls be aware how that kind of practice could negatively impact ZEROREZ.

Jacob did what looked like a great job after he left. Sadly now the day after we see some major problems, with spots which should have been possible to have been cleaned and removed.

Fabulous service

Our area rug looks great, they had it for one week, and brought it back looking new, this thing is white/light gray, and had lots of pet stains. I'm surprised how clean they got it.

Also the tech who cleaned our inside carpets, was very nice and professional.

I can't say enough about this whole process. Thanks to you all, even the drivers who delivered our clean rug.

How clean and fresh my carpet feels and smells after it drys. The drying time is Marvy and your overall service is 100. I love how knowledgeable my cleaning technician Mr Tyrone Brown was about my carpet and his Zerorez advice on continued after care to keep it clean. Zerorez is an incredible brand and I'm very happy to have them on my annual carpet cleaning team.

My carpets are clean and soft without the feel of chemicals. When you have allergies or asthma cleanliness is very important. Yea for powered water.

This was the first time Emmanuel Nazario was here to clean my carpet. He was so kind to explain everything he was doing and what precautions he was taking to make sure I was satisfied with the job.
