There are several things I liked about the customer service here at Zerorez. First, if there is a cancelation, Zerorez will reach out to me if I would like Fredrick Jefferies , my carpet cleaning tech, to come out sooner. Secondly, i really am amazed how knowledgeable the carpet tech,Frederick Jefferies, is. In addition, he will offer new ways to treat the carpet and read off the different promotions. Thirdly, Zerorez has won me over much of their leading competitors such as Stanley Cleaners.
