Our technician William S. Was very professional and informative. He was not pushy. He was polite and easy to talk to. I have never had my home professionally cleaned. I have always done it myself. He made some very old carpet look new and worked miracles. I have two young boys and he even took extra time to dig some hidden ground in pop rocks out of the carpet. 🤦‍♀️ I am super content with the communication throughout the process. Looking forward to never cleaning my own carpets again. Thanks Zerorez . You have a great technician working for you.
