What do you like about your membership?

I like that there are so many classes to choose.

I love the friendly atmosphere at the Y.

I love having a place that feels like home that I can go to and exercise in peace.

I love the Super Sole Mondays that I attend. It is amazing how little things seem even smaller when you get to talk with other women about their experiences. It gets me through some hard times and I love sharing the good times.

The Y on Airport Road is always clean and welcoming.

What do you like about your membership?

I feel comfortable knowing that I can go to the gym almost anytime. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. It truly is a friendly place to be! Not only are adults taken care of, children seem to enjoy all the possibilities available for them. My twin grandsons like to come to play basketball. Thank you to the staff! Name removed

The flexibility to use the numerous facilities

I work near the Lionville Y and it's convenient to go right there after work some times

Also, when I am in other areas around the county it is awesome to be able to use the Y in those areas

What do you like about your membership?

I like the classes. I mostly swim in the deep pool twice a week. In between I enjoy gentle yoga, balletone, piyo and gentle stretching. I am 58 and not the dancer I used to be, but your classes present a reasonable challenge.

I love that childcare is offered. My kids love going to the Y with me and they love the staff. The facility is always clean and the new equipment additions are great.

The facility is modern, well cleaned and always repaired quickly. Plenty of machines to use at any hour. The child watch people are always so nice and great with my kids. I really love this branch!

Now that you have announced support for the Silver Sneaker program, we are delighted. By the way, I never received an email/newsletter announcing that. I only heard about it third hand through a friend. I wonder why.

The facility is beautiful, has everything I need, and the cost is affordable. Plus, the staff are always friendly, and there always seems to be enough staff around when I have a question. I really enjoy my time at the Y!

What do you like about your membership?

I enjoy that the membership provides the flexibility to visit various YMCA locations. In addition and particularly referring to the West Chester Area Y, I am excited to start of my day surrounded by both caring Y staff and fellow members and friends. Each day the staff consistently strives to provide a positive experience. Customer service does an exceptional job at making me feel welcome and comfortable. On a daily basis, I am treated with kindness and greeted by name and with genuine smiles. Fitness center coaches, trainers and instructors go out of their way to to encourage me and to ensure that I am equipped with the appropriate tools, information and classes that will help me reach my fitness goals.
