I'm a returning member. I've always liked the West Chester branch. Nicely laid out, nice machines, good size, nice pools. I would like to see a sauna but I know I can't have everything.

I love all the Les Mills group exercise classes (Body Combat, Body Pump, CX Works) and I love that they are available later at night throughout the week so that I can make them after I finish work. Instructors are enthusiastic and give good instruction during class which is very motivating. and helpful. Staff is very friendly. Great choice of equipment.

We like the swim lessons and certain instructors are much better than others. Miss Amanda for the pre-school class is outstanding and has succeeded in taken my 3 year old's fear of swimming away.

I like that the group exercise class schedule is varied and I can always find a class that I want to go to that is convenient for me. The exercise equipment is up to date, good quality, and can always find a machine to use.

Excellent instruction from Miss Leslie. She knows how to push the kids out of their comfort zone and keep it fun at the same time. She is so organized and keeps the class moving and productive.
I like that the swimming lessons for kids are structured so it's not so traumatizing for the kids. The instructors that we have had so far have been great!
