Work out on machines 2-3 x/wk at Oscar Lasko
Yoga with Susan Friday noon at Oscar Lasko.

What do you like about your membership?

The Y means a fun morning of working out with friends. The trainers are friendly and fun to be around. After workout coffee downstairs with friends at the table is a good social hour.

Every worker you meet at the Y ensures the day will be a good one. Always friendly, always smiling and always ready to assist to meet your needs.

Who ever thought I would look forward to working out... lol
