Friendly staff, clean facility, and great classes

Good facilities, very nice people, lots of opportunities for the whole family -- everyone likes going to the Y in our family!

Simple access. Service availability is great, Loved the fact we could seamlessly attend another area Y. One time this year i attended a new Y that I've never been to before (the West Chester Y (one with the racquetball courts)) and they treated me like I was a new Y member even though I've been one for years :) it was really cool to get that experience as i was NEW to just that Y :)

Friendly supportive environment for children. Combines classroom learning with fun activities - love the yoga and swimming lessons.

Programs are supportive of the children. The instructors are awesome. Just the right amount of pressure to get the kids to try something new, but not so much that they are scared and upset.

We love that our child is able to take walks in the buggies, run around in the mind and body studio on rainy days, and gets outside for fresh air whenever possible.

We've tried 3 places to teach our son to swim and the Y was the one that caught

Our regular swim instructor was awesome. One week we had a sub and he was awful. He talked to the instructor in the other lane the entire lesson. He just had her swim laps. He didn’t correct her technique once. Even my daughter said if he subbed again she wasn’t going to get in the water. Wasn’t worth it.

But our regular instructor is amazing.
