I would like to commend the lady that runs the mini musicals camp for sending out all the necessary information the week before. It may all be in the regular Camp FAQ, but it’s extremely helpful to get the specifics for the camp your child is attending the week prior.

The deal with ESY is also a game changer and needs to be continued.

We tried nearly every camp offered this summer and they have all been a hit!

I am a regular at the silver sneakers sessions but what I don’t like is registering to attend a class.

I like that there is a good number of classes in various sports and at various levels of competency. Instructors are positive and encouraging.

Lots of options. But I go specifically for Devon’s Deep Water Aerobics class. It’s FABULOUS!

Activities were great, my son loved woodworking. It was a positive experience overall.

The pool and gyms are nice. Tennis and other activities are nice too.

It is very nice that in this summer (just like last year) both 50 m and B pool are open. Also the locker rooms next to pools are open (not like last year) so it is very convenient for the senior swimmers.

Another improvement for this summer: The yoga classes can stay in the Mind/body room and do not have to go to the 3rd floor tiny hot/humid room.

The maintenance/repair seems to have improved. However, when the hot tub was broken, I did not see the information posted in the front desk.

Dedicated, talented, and creative instructors make each class both challenging and fun.

They are family engaging and my children enjoys every activity. I also like that they allow campers a choice to swim daily.

People very friendly and nice pool areas which is why we had gone. Trying to convince our friends to join join the ymca with their daughter and showing all the fun things to do and have to offer.

Since you asked, I would like to address recent communication issues. The spin studio did not have any in studio virtual classes despite showing on the app and enabling members to sign up. Despite numerous notifications to staff this went unresolved for weeks. Also the pool out of order info on line was several days behind resulting in people showing up only to discover the pool was unavailable.

So two things, technology needs to be updated at all times. Also there needs to be someone that is responsible to interface with members when there are issues. The front desk has not been successful at this and to many times staff say that is not their responsibility.

I really enjoy the y so I hope theses issues can be resolved to provide members with the best experience.

Everything about this Y is exceptional from the amenities to the instructors to the variety of things offered. I live in Florida and Pennsylvania and I can't find anything in Florida that comes close to what is available to me here in PA. The people that I meet at the Y, both staff and members, are lovely, friendly and helpful. I feel very blessed to have such a wonderful facility so close to my home in Devon.

Swimming, and the pool schedule has been good lately.

Great variety of classes that challenge me and help me become healthier.

I have used your personal trainer, SPIVA classes (winter), pickleball and the open gym area for upper body weight work. Your facility is always clean, the staff is friendly and even the participants in the activities like pickleball are helpful for a new player trying to improve my skills.

It is a shame the outdoor pickleball courts are not available for play this season.
