I personally love the experience of coming to the class, my body ends up feeling relaxed both mentally and physically. I love all the instructors and the variety of classes they offer is a good range to chose from. I feel the instructors know the value we pay for the class and make us go through what's expected in each of the 60 min class. I'm a huge fan and will recommend to all my family and friends. My health has been improving ever since I joined and I'm addicted to this place, so I try to be there atleast 4-5 times/week.

The class I attended was very good. The instructor Anoli had a great structure for the class, helped everyone in improving their movements while running the class and worked up a good sweat.

Would definitely recommend here class to others.

The instructors are very personable and knowledgeable. I learn something new with different instructors in the same C1 class.

I have taken Annalise’s class a few times & it’s consistently wonderful with unique & reasonably challenging C2 flow. Good pace & sufficient time lingering at each pose to work one’s strength as opposed to many other instructors whom speed through the class with too many poses but not really working out much. Highly recommend Annalise’s class!

Cristina creates a calm, inclusive, and encouraging environment where students of all levels feel supported and motivated. Really liked the class I went to. I plan to come again, and I'd like to contribute to the studio, but I'm cheap, so I'm struggling to rationalize the per-class price.

I love it!. Kate W's beginner yoga class is amazing, she was also at the reception before the class started - she is super helpful, and answered all my questions and helped me take my first class!
