They are great the times do suck big time though...a 5 o'clock C1 class? c'mon...5:30? it's silicon valley, we all work late into the day.

I loved how we were adjusted into deeper stretches and better alignment in a way that was non invasive and comforting. I also really loved the positive messages about how we are exactly where we need to be and the nonjudgmental vibe.
