I really like the vibe of this studio. It's small, but it doesn't feel small. The instructors are great - excellent class structure and warm vibes. Plus the studio is always clean. My only request is regarding the hand-dryer in the bathroom. There are no paper towels which is great for the environment. So that means the hand-dryer needs to be really warm and forceful so that it will actually dry hands within a couple of minutes. I can stand under it for 5 minutes and it won't fully dry my hands because the air is just too cool and light.

Everyone was very friendly. The space was very clean and organized. Check-in process for class was smooth and the flows were fun and refreshing. Loved it!

My experience with core power yoga is great. Instructor Rose is knowledgeable and friendly. Though I do have some complains about room size vs student capacity. The room we have practiced , it is said to accommodate 30 students but practically it’s size is good for only 12~15 yogis to transit smoothly while doing yoga. I myself has hit several times my roommate who was my fellow yogi in the studio.
Room temperature is good for hot power yoga but at the same time music is little loud compared to the room size.During yoga, I missed to follow the instructions of trainer due to music. Humble suggestion is please put some soothing music which will not take over instructor’s voice.
I love this studio! It’s in a nice area and has easy parking. I already recommended it to my mom and I’ll be back!

The facilities are clean and modern with all of the amenities a yogi needs. I have tried a variety of instructors at 3 different locations and so far they have all been great. The classes offer just the right combination of zen and challenge.
i love the Yoga Sculpt, I hope the Golden Triangle will have more Sculpt classes. I have attended Rose's sculpt class at the Winchester location, i hope she will
also do Sculpt at Golden Triangle

Outdoor location is beautiful and the tennis court is relatively isolated so no intruders. The instructors are all excellent.
