Zareen is an excellent teacher, all around. Great directions, clear to follow, interesting sequences. I'd take her classes anytime ... too bad she doesn't teach where I live, in Chicago!
Rest of the staff was extremely friendly. The mens locker room was clean ... which is not always the case at CPY. (I've prob been to about 30 different CPY studios, between home and when I travel)

Loved the special event with Jon that included meditation at the end of the flow. I don’t remember the gal’s name that led the practice with him but they were both great.

Very helpful and beginner-friendly instructors! New to yoga. Encouraged you to take on each move at your own pace. Helped me complete poses properly with step-by-step instructions.
The facilities are clean and modern with all of the amenities a yogi needs. I have tried a variety of instructors at 3 different locations and so far they have all been great. The classes offer just the right combination of zen and challenge.
