Hi!
I was working in the Bay Area for five weeks. I first went to Core Power in Santa Clara Square which was a very negative experience that I don't need to get into here. I decided to try a different location of Core Power toward the end of my trip.
The experience at Golden Triangle was 100% opposite of Santa Clara. The facilities were clean and well kept, there was no chaos at check-in and the instructor I had for the two Saturdays that I went (Amanda Belong) was an ace at leading a class. And there was parking! (I spent 15 minutes circling for a spot at Santa Clara).
When I am back in the South Bay area, I will be sure to come back (to Golden Triangle)! I wish I had gone there first instead of Santa Clara Sqaure-
I enjoy Annalise’s CSX class. She is very professional and knowable.
Jake’s class is awesome! Lisa is great too!
Nice classes. Hope there is a sculpt class on Sundays. For Friday sculpt class, how it will be moved to later, not easy to take a sculpt class at 6am.
HPF class at night is perfect. Instructor Valeria is really good plus always motivate us.

I love CorePower Yoga, specifically Sculpt! It not only builds physical strength, but mental strength as well! I love instructor Zee, always so great to have a class with her!
I like the variety of classes, I would like more timings after 6 of the C1 class since I work all day I’m usually not able to make it
During my introductory month at Core Power Yoga, I had an incredible experience. The instructors were exceptionally skilled, and I truly felt the benefits in terms of increased flexibility. I'm eager to continue practicing in the future. However, the current cost is a bit prohibitive for me, so I've decided not to rejoin for now. If there were options similar to the introductory month available for long-term memberships, I would definitely commit to joining on a yearly basis.

Zee Q has an amazing Yoga Sculpt class. I go out of my way for her class!
Annalise offered a great yoga sequence from a familization round to a more challenging and slightly faster pace in 2nd and 3rd round. Enjoy her class and I will be back to Golden Triangle for her class.

I don't go here as much as I should, but I always really appreciate the teachers. Janelle, Shubha, and Christina are great. The bathrooms are always well maintained. Too bad its just not in an easy spot to get to relative to the rest of my world.
