Also, I didn’t realize we are now suppose to tip so that was awkward too. He complained that I paid by check and not card. I was unsure of what he meant by it but something with it being more costly to him that way? He was good but I missed my regular guy.

Friendly and courteous. Asked me what my expectations was from the cleaning and provided a great explanation of what he would be doing. The end result was exactly what I was expecting. My carpets were really clean and smelled great.
