This process couldn't have been more smooth. They called to set up an estimate, which took only about 10 minutes. The cost was less than I was expected for a 1300 sf office space. We set up a day and time, and the job took maybe a little more than an hour. The cleaners were very professional and helpful. I'll use them again.
