Reggie did an awesome job. The carpets look great. They dried overnight. Reggie was VERY professional and explained the cleaning process as well. Having an employee like Reggie representing the company is great. I was on a 3rd floor, but had an elevator, and he moved his equipment around with no difficulty at all. I also felt very safe while in my condo alone with Reggie. The most important thing is that my carpets look fantastic!!!
Antonio and Tez were on time. He called when on way. We walked thru and discussed expectations. Reviewed payment and they went to work . Got done when they said and we were very happy with the result! I would use them and Zerorez again!

Not only that but just plain nice guys. They were very thorough and careful not to damage anything in the house. The Zerorez process is unique in its application which takes less time to dry than other carpet cleaners. We are very happy that we chose Zerorez!

Jason was punctual, when he called to tell me what time he would be at my house. He showed up on time. He worked hard on cleaning my carpets. He did not make this a fast, easy job. Jason took his time and cleaned our carpets with care. After he was done, he walked me through the house where he cleaned the carpets. I liked that he took the time to make sure I was happy with his job.
