We had our carpets cleaned about a week ago. We have used your company in the past and we were always pleased with the service so we scheduled an appointment again. The technician who came to do our service was right on time, even a couple minutes early than what they estimated. He was very friendly and informative. He got our carpets cleaned in a surprisingly short amount of time. He gave us tips on what to do, how long to let the carpets dry and what to do afterwards. He assured us that our carpets were in great shape, not as bad as we thought originally. There was no smell from the cleaning as we might have had if we had used a rug shampooer.
I would recommend your company and I have to one of our neighbors.

Sean was awesome and I’m gonna have them come back in 30 days or within the 30 days to complete or redo a couple things but the carpets came out amazing and they were really stained up. He took his time and did a great job.
If it is possible have a faster drying technique. We couldn’t return or furniture until the next day. Otherwise we liked the service and would recommend
