I have had our carpets cleaned in the past by another company, in my opinion Zerorez did a much better job and our carpets came out cleaner without the chemical smell that lingered with the other company.
The technician that came to the house was very polite and pleasant. His name was Courtney Moore. He answered all my questions and took care of protecting my walls against the hoses used during the cleaning. I had an area of 3 rooms and a traffic area cleaned in less than one hour. Courtney stated he was vying for Rookie of the Year and I would highly recommend him for this title.
My carpet looked amazing immediately after the cleaning, unfortunately when it dried overnight some stains immediately returned and after spending nearly $300 that was my only disappointment. I have emailed the company looking for some type of warranty.

I always feel comfortable with them in my home. I love the product zerorez offers with carpet cleaning and that it doesn’t require a huge dry time or lots of chemicals. Very happy with the end product. Had to have a redo on high traffic areas but Remington did an excellent job in cleaning those affected areas. He was our technician on both visits.
