The techs were very nice, did offer up more products but that is what all companies do. I asked about an area rug, very reasonable and had it cleaned too. Did drip some what on my hard wood, but cleaned it up. Couldn't ask for anything more. It was to my expectations. Will definitely use them again. Carpets look great. Excellent job!

The technician was very courteous, polite and professional. Explained everything he was doing and going to do to make sure we understood everything before he started. Made sure he did what he could to avoid making any extra messes in our house with his equipment. Gave us up front pricing before he started the project as well.

Your service man who cleaned my carpet was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and competent. He started on time and did not stop moving until the job was completed. He also explained everything he did and completely answered all questions.
