Our rug looks so much better after the treatment. The associate that came to do the work was fantastic; he was so personable and I felt absolutely comfortable having him in our home. The rugs did take quite a bit longer to dry than expected but overall we were pleased!

It’s been a week since I had my carpet cleaned and I am happy to say that this has been the best experience I’ve ever had. We have two dogs and one cat and my carpet looks new! The tech was professional and explained every step of the process and went the extra mile to make sure that he provided the best service.
Correspondence with the company was prompt and courteous. Service tech was thoughtful and polite and efficient. Job was excellent, and very happy with results. Pricing was good, too.
