He made sure no water was left on our area with wood floors and cleaned up very well. Also, he was very informed on the cleaning process and explained everything, nice touch with protective pieces around baseboards and door drape to keep out the cold as much as possible.Good job!
Jarid, our technician did a great job. Drying time seemed quicker than other companies we have used. The level of clean he achieved was also superior. Had peace of mind that soap was extracted and would not attract future dirt. overall a very good experience.

Your tech was very nice and explained everything and then did a great job on cleaning our carpets. I also like that your company does not use harsh chemicals so I don't need to worry about my cat being on the carpet. I like the fresh orange scent. It smells really good but not overpowering.
