Ease of scheduling, availability of dates for service - I didn't have to wait 2-3 weeks. Communication about when they would arrive, honest upfront quote/pricing when the rep saw my house and the areas to be cleaned, the quickness in which my carpets were cleaned - they were in and out within an hour and a half. Knowledge of other services - I asked about air ducts cleaning. My carpets were dry to the touch in about 6 hours.
The tech that came out to clean was very professional, called in advance and was great to work with. Highly recommend him!
