This is an excellent company. Scheduling was a breeze. The technicians showed up on time. They explained everything they would do and confirmed the price. The technicians for the air duct cleaning and the technicians for the carpet cleaning were professional, upbeat and made sure I was satisfied with the job. There were pictures inside my air ducts. And the carpets are very clean. They even got out an old stain that other carpet cleaning companies haven't been able to get out. Even their vans were clean and the logos and design were high quality.

The man called to say he was heading our way and verified the address and the area because the map showed our house out in the middle of a field with no houses. We were able to get that cleared up and he was on time. When he was finished the carpet looked almost like it was new again. It also felt better on our bare feet! We didn't have any stains so I can't vouch for that. We did add the stain protector at the end so hopefully we don't end up with any stains. Incidentally, in an effort to clear up where we lived, I found out the problem with Google maps and know why some people find us and some don't. I put in for a correction so we'll see.

Very easy to set up an appointment and get it schedule within a short period of time. They did well to contact ahead of time to remind of appointment and called during the day to let us know approximate arrival time. The technician, Colin, was very personable and thorough in his explanation of the process and answering any questions. He efficiently completed the rooms and made sure we were pleased with the results. We added on some areas to the quote and he gave us a very reasonable cost to do these extras. Very pleased with the results and will use them again in the future.
