I was surprised to see just one man arrive to clean almost all of the carpeting in our home. We were the last job on on a Saturday. This concerned me because I wondered how much effort would be put into the last job of the week. My concerns were quickly laid to rest as the ZEROREZ technician went to work. On a very hot Saturday ,wearing a covid-19 face mask, he went to work giving a non-stop , high energy, effort until finished. I was told exactly what he would do. He gave straightforward answers to my questions.The carpets look wonderful. I am impressed with ZEROREZ and especially the worker that represented the company so well.

I recommend Zerorez to anyone and from here forward they will be the only company I do business with for home and rental property. The cleaning process was thorough, faster than I thought it would be, and the carpets in a rental property that housed 2 dogs were like new when Mark was finished. Mark was knowledgeable, friendly, and had great recommendations. Also, the fact that there is literally no residue left behind is important to maintaining clean and fluffy carpeting! Pricing was extremely reasonable and less than I thought it would be! Big 10!
The two young men (I believe Patrick and Patrick) that came to my home were very warm and professional. They did a great job on my daughters room and the took my 2 area rugs to be cleaned at the shop. Can't wait to see how they will come out.

Got the carpet in my lower level clean that my former company was unable to. Very happy!
