Our technician was very professional and friendly. I wish, however, that he had explained to us about the possibility of buckling as the carpet dries...the buckling caused a bit of panic until we called the office and the customer service rep explained that it would most likely go away as the carpet dried. Other than that, we are very pleased with the service.
