This is the first time we used Zerorez and we were very impressed. I called because I needed to have my dryer vent cleaned and you had the special for a free dryer vent cleaning with a whole house vent cleaning. I figured my vents could be cleaned too so I scheduled it. When the technician arrived and assessed our vents, he told us that our vents were fine and didn't need cleaning so he recommended just doing the dryer vent. We were very impressed that he didn't perform and charge us for a service we didn't need. It could have easily been done and we would have never know the difference! That you Zeroez for your honesty and professionalism.

The process was easy going and straight forward from quote to cleaning. The two guys that cleaned our sectional and carpet were great. Remington was training Chris and he really took the time to show him ways to do things to help him out. All in all they did a great job.

Jared was here and he had a tough job. Toner cartridge (bright yellow) had spilled all over our steps. He saw it shook his head and got busy. Most is out and he is returning tomorrow to get out a few stubborn spots. We have had Jared and his brother Cedric clean our carpeting and they are both terrific workers, polite and helpful. Since we started with them we have used no other.
