I was very happy with the way our carpet was cleaned. The spots are gone and it is fresh smelling, no chemical odor. Our technician, was Jacob. I could not have asked for a better worker. He was groomed well, spoke respectfully and worked independent of us having to baby sit him. He put covers over his shoes which was important to me. He also recommended bringing the equipment around to the back of the basement atrium doors, which I was thrilled about. This made the need to bring the hoses through my house....which was huge for me, not a plan. At first I was going to go with a competitor, however, read all the bad reviews. They advertise a lot on tv. I am so vey glad I went with Zerorez and will highly recommend them to friends and business associates.

The carpet cleaning is always quick and a thorough job is done. The employees have always been polite and extremely helpful. We did the cleaning and sealing of the tile in the shower for the first time. I honestly couldn’t tell a difference though after so not sure I would utilize that service again.
