Very through, careful, and polite with upfront pricing...even when snow cancelled my appointment, they were very accommodating and came the next evening because I had family coming to stay at home later that same week.
I like the cleaning method which I believe uses less moisture so it dries faster.
This was my second cleaning, and I will use them again when I need any more cleaning!
