Our technician was wonderful!!! He was polite and took his time to explain the process since this was our first time using Zerorez. He took all the proper precautions (we were still in the COVID-19 stay at home orders). And was even courteous enough to accommodate additional requests to clean 2 areas not originally scheduled.

Honestly at first I was very hesitant to use zerorez- as we used them before and I wasn't 100% impressed. We have used about three other companies as well. My husband listens to Rizzuto, so of course he hears about you all a bunch. He convinced me this time to try them again. I am 100% absolutely floored and happy I decided to use them again. Dustin came and we discussed all the issues in our carpeting that other companies failed to see and take care of completely! He talked us through the whole process, was completely transparent, and kept us updated on pricing before he suggested any more cleaning. Professionalism at it's absolute finest! There aren't many people like that any more and I don't normally write reviews unless you have definitely done a horrible job or you definitely deserve it! I am 100% convinced and on board with zerorez and will be requesting to have him come again and again!
