Justin did a fantastic job of explaining everything he was doing and why to take care of cleaning my carpet. He was professional and courteous and everything was done exactly in the time frame I expected. This was not the first time I've had ZeroRez in my home and it definitely won't be the last.

Carpets were perfectly cleaned. Your representative was very personable. It was a very pleasant experience to have our carpets cleaned.
Prices were pretty good. Serviceman only tried to upsell me on 2 different services - one of which I already agreed to when I made the appointment. He was pretty fast. I did find it odd that he did not take off the Vent covers and just stuck a little tube through the slots...? We have brand new covers, so they would have been quite easy to remove. Most importantly, I felt safe having him in my home, while my husband was not there. His demeanor was that of a very respectable and knowledgeable person. And he wore a mask during this COVID time. I appreciate that very much.
Chris was professional, explained what I needed for pet stains, and completed job as agreed. Carpets look great!
Great service and good people
Remington was amazing! He kept his mask on, was mindful of the driveway renovations and took extra steps to ensure the hose would not get on the parts I had repaired. He was super informative and above all, I felt totally comfortable with him in my home!

The job was well-done for the most part. Problem discovered the next day. Had problems getting a response but all that is cleared up and Zerorez made good on the issue I had. I would recommend them; I think I have used them at least 3 times.
