This is the first time we used Zerorez and we were very impressed. I called because I needed to have my dryer vent cleaned and you had the special for a free dryer vent cleaning with a whole house vent cleaning. I figured my vents could be cleaned too so I scheduled it. When the technician arrived and assessed our vents, he told us that our vents were fine and didn't need cleaning so he recommended just doing the dryer vent. We were very impressed that he didn't perform and charge us for a service we didn't need. It could have easily been done and we would have never know the difference! That you Zeroez for your honesty and professionalism.

The process was easy going and straight forward from quote to cleaning. The two guys that cleaned our sectional and carpet were great. Remington was training Chris and he really took the time to show him ways to do things to help him out. All in all they did a great job.

His equipment had gotten muddy at his stop before mine and he called to tell me he was going back to the office to get everything cleaned up before he brought it into my house. He was personable. I was very happy with the way our carpet was cleaned. The spots are gone and it is fresh smelling, no chemical odor. Our technician, was Jacob. I could not have asked for a better worker. He was groomed well, spoke respectfully and worked independent of us having to baby sit him. He put covers over his shoes which was important to me. He also recommended bringing the equipment around to the back of the basement atrium doors, which I was thrilled about. This made the need to bring the hoses through my house....which was huge for me, not a plan. At first I was going to go with a competitor, however, read all the bad reviews. They advertise a lot on tv. I am so vey glad I went with Zerorez and will highly recommend them to friends and business associates.
