Our dog was sick and went to the bathroom in several different places around the house. I called zerorez and the response was so fast. They were able to fit us in within 2 days. All of the spots came out and the smell is gone! And the customer service was great! Highly recommend! Definitely worth the money!
Representative was friendly, polite and respectful. He tried a new product on one more heavily soiled area of carpet, and it appears to have left a brownish stain. Hoping it might disappear, but that's the only concern. Rest of areas look great - even the 30-year old carpet in one room looks good!

I higher them at my moms, after a construction project. Very prompt, super friendly during scheduling and they did a great job! They sent me a few pics after the job was finished and it was amazing! I would highly recommend them in fact I already have them coming to my house for the same service.
We love how our tile floors look brand new. The service men were punctual, and courteous. We also had on air ducts cleaned. They explained the processes and the expense before they started. Kept us informed as they were working thru our projects. We would definitely have Zerorez back for other projects again.

The tech was very informative and sincere about getting the job done to our satisfaction. That was pretty challenging since our rugs were quite old and worn because of many years of traffic in a few areas. He was very willing to repeat the work and the process was done as best one could hope for.

I have been using your company for a long time my carpets are not dripping wet and needs to dry for a couple of days and the treatments used are very effective. And the personnel are the best as long as I have carpet in my house I will always use zerorez
We had Zerorez come clean our ductwork, and clean and seal our tile. They explained everything to me before they started. I received a price after measuring upon arriving. The estimate given when making the appointment was very close to the actual price. They were very polite and professional. Excellent service.

There were some spots that were not cleaned properly on the first trip. But, someone came back out to address the problem areas and everything looks great!
