The cleaning process was thorough, faster than I thought it would be, and the carpets in a rental property that housed 2 dogs were like new when Mark was finished. Mark was knowledgeable, friendly, and had great recommendations. Also, the fact that there is literally no residue left behind is important to maintaining clean and fluffy carpeting! The two young men (I believe Patrick and Patrick) that came to my home were very warm and professional. They did a great job on my daughters room and the took my 2 area rugs to be cleaned at the shop. Can't wait to see how they will come out.

The service was very fast, on time and explained everything. My carpet had a few stains and wear and tear and it looked so much better after coming out. I did not opt for the bacteria service but I still feel confident that the carpets are very clean.

Dustin was professional from start to finish. He was able to remove stains that I didn't think would come out. He included me in a walk through to find the problem areas and then after he was done we walked through again.
You stood by your 30 day promise, even for a heavily soiled carpet.

Very professional employees. They were able to get me scheduled the same week I called. Our carpets were in really bad shape from a previous tenet (smoker that had 3 dogs) and they were able to get the carpets to look almost brand new! Very pleased!
The gentlemen were courteous and kept me informed of everything they were doing. I had one team that cleaned my couches and another team cleaned my air ducts. They all did an excellent job!
