I really liked how professional Sedrick was. He was on time and respected all the safety precautions due to covid-19. He was speedy in getting the job done and was honest about what he needed to do and how much it would cost. He was able to get out all the cat urine. I would definitely recommend Sedrick and Zerorez for any services.
Considering the vents were cleaned and all the carpets were cleaned on the same day, the following day the house smells like the previous owners pets. More than before they started. I’m not sure why
