Products are always amazing, but the customer service is outstanding!! We had 2 houses that needed to be done due to us just moving. From initial set up of the appointment to the 2 guys that came to our houses, they were super friendly and amazing!! The guys that did the work at the houses explained everything they were getting ready to do and/or how to use the product. They even dealt with my craziness!! I highly recommend Zerorez to anyone that is needing a carpet cleaning or air duct cleaning. (I am terrible at remembering names, so I apologize now if I got it wrong) Courtney and Cortez did a fantastic job!! I will be calling them back next time we need a cleaning! Thanks again guys for all your hard work! It is much appreciated!!

Professionalism of staff
The young man who cleaned our carpet called and asked if he could come an hour early, which was nice. He was very polite and completly explained the cleaning process. Our carpet looked way better after he was finished. Another plus was the carpet was dry in 5 or six hours (we did have ceiling fans on). I definitely recommend using Zerorez.
Cortez was extremely friendly. This was the first time getting our air ducts cleaned and he walked us through the entire process. He answered all questions we had. He showed us before and after pictures and it was amazing the difference. He was absolutely wonderful!
