I like the part where they spray the spots at a time then use their roller bar that’s a plus because I’ve never seen anybody do that before. It gets lots of hair and things and out of the carpet before they do the steam cleaning. Excellent job!
Tech was friendly and aswered questions i asked. He was respectful and mindful of my property. carpet looks great despite their 18 yrs old. Some stains were still present but lighter in apperance. all in all He did a great job!!
We had our airducts cleaned by Zerorez. Technicians were prompt and professional. They explained what they were doing, left no mess, and sent before/after photos.
Toxic chemicals are Not used. The technicians are always professional and personable (aka nice!) It’s easy to change your appointment if life gets in the way. (Although the last time I did, that young woman wasn’t as personable. Professional though.) I’m always amazed at how much better my old carpeting looks after Zerorez cleans it.

My sofa looks brand new…stain free. I thought I’d have to buy a new one and the cleaning wouldn’t be sufficient but it was GREAT. The employee was very polite and efficient. He answered every question I asked.

Quality and customer service
Had my carpets cleaned for the first time since moving here 27 years ago. The duo were very fast and respectful. They answered any questions I had. I want to show off the carpets to my family and see if they notice any areas that may need to be redone. I only see one so far.
