The price was competitive and everything was great -- communication with the office, communication with the technician in advance, communication while he was working here. I haven't gotten the area rug back yet, but I anticipate that it will look fantastic, as the steps do. I'm glad I found Zerorez!

Our technician did a wonderful job. It would have been nice if he had the beater thing that would have improved the over all look. He worked efficiently, he was pleasant, he worked around everything without damaging anything. He took his time not rushing out to go to the next job. He was a good technician and seemed to be a good person

The service was amazing! I am not sure why the invoice would not send to my phone. It has in the past. This made our carpet cleaner very anxious that I would not pay. It finally worked when he sent it to my husband's phone. It makes me wonder, why couldn't he send the invoice to my email address for payment? Thanks
