Clean friendly service
The tech was attentive to my concerns and discussed options, but when I opted for the deodorizing treatment, I was NOT told there would be an extra 150.00 added to the total!! I had already agreed to adding the stairs, so my cost was significantly higher than expected.
I will still use this company as the service and my satisfaction was great, but next time I will ask for the total cost before adding extras.

The crew did a magnificent job in cleaning the chair and three rooms worth of carpet. They were on time (early, actually), polite and thoroughly professional. They explained what they were doing and how long it would take for everything to dry.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing carpets or furniture cleaned.

The number one thing was the personal approach and professional manner of Dominic. We enjoyed his work ethic and how he went over his process in detail. When he showed us his completed work it was very acceptable. We sent three area rugs with Dominic to be cleaned at Zerorez. We will also have additional furniture and carpet to clean after the New Year. When we place the next order, we want to ask that Dominic be our technician.

I was notified in advance by the service techs of their arrival time, which I appreciated as it allowed me to prepare. My home, which is 25 years old, has 4,300 square feet and was previously owned by others. I had no idea how much dust, lint, and dander a home can contain. Both Mark and Shawn did a fantastic job cleaning my air ducts and even provided me with a video of all the unpleasant debris that came out. They performed both the air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with their work. I would definitely recommend this service.

It's been a week and our carpet still looks great! They smell great and no stains have returned. As a matter of fact, there was a couple things I knew would not come out of the carpet. Our kid likes slime unfortunately. But, even though it wasn't removed during the cleaning, I guess it loosened it, and I was able to actually pull it out of the carpet for the first time. So that was an unexpected surprise!

This is the first time I've had this carpet cleaned professionally. The service was quick and complete, and may need a second application because of its age.
A little pricey, however, the pet odors are gone and the room smells fresh! This gave our carpet a new life so we will delay replacing it for now. Overall, great job! 😀
The process went seamlessly. Our technician arrived early in our window, was polite, efficient and finished the job quickly…and did a great job!
The tech who came to our home was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our carpet was new when we moved into our home a year ago and he recognized that our carpet was wool - which I didn't know. He confirmed the process for cleaning wool carpet with the office and then switched the treatment protocol. If he hadn't done this our carpet would likely have been ruined or stained. This level of detail and care is greatly appreciated and not always seen today.

Your representative was on time, professional and engaging. However we are a little disappointed that a few spot stains did not come up.
