I’ve used Zerorez for carpet cleaning for many years and they are consistent with their excellent customer service, professional employees and outcome: truly clean carpet with no residue!!!! Stain removal is unbelievable especially with our carpet being 22 years old with high traffic and many dogs over the years. They don't use soap to get stains and dirt out of carpet. I used a competitor a few months ago and after they were gone and the carpet dried, some stains came back.
