The friendliness of your technicians has been a pleasant surprise! Cortez was amazing and very confident in his work, and so was Jackai, aka “J”. They each spoke of experience and training and they seemed interested in learning new areas of the company’s business. We felt very relaxed with them and did our own work of the day.. They answered questions that they were confident in and let us know when they were not sure of the answer was. They were very pleasant people!

Tex has been our carpet cleaner twice in the last month as we are in the process of selling our house. He has been very easy to communicate with, professional, and took extra care of concerned areas. The carpets in both homes look amazing! Prior to Tez, we had considered pulling up all the carpets in my husband’s grandmother’s home prior to us moving in. Now the white carpet is sparkling! Highly recommend zerorez and Tez.
Zerorez is big enough that I don't have to wait forever for an opening, but everyone that comes out is always nice and efficient.

I was very pleased with your service. The young man, Jason, who came to do the work
along with a nice man apprenticing with him, explained all the products and what he
recommended for my situation with animals (2 cats). They performed the work well
and were extremely thorough. The carpets looked beautiful when they dried and the
drying only took about 12 hours which was exceptional. The last time I had my carpets
cleaned by a different company the drying took over two days. I have him
scheduled to come back in a few weeks to do my basement and would thoroughly
recommend both him and your service to anyone.
