Quite honestly, it is the friendliness of the associates, as it provides that much needed first impression when coming into the home. It seems as though the nature of the service lends itself to almost 100% efficiency, due to the fact that it's based upon either number of rooms, or room size. Not a lot of "room" for error here. Your trucks and equipment allow for flexibility in entering the home and thus make the effort most efficient. Good job! Jason was a pleasure to work with.

The tech was clean, friendly and inquired as to my concerns about problem areas that needed extra attention. He did a great job on the carpet cleaning. I was happy with the way the high-traffic areas cleaned up and he took his time to extract almost all of the cleaning solution from the carpet.
I wasn't as happy with the tile grout cleaning. The area which I pointed out needing the most attention did not come as clean as I thought it could have. The company that cleaned the grout last time used a small, rotating cleaning head with high pressure, hot water jets that cleaned the grout very well. I did not see the Zerorez tech use this type of cleaning head. He used only a powered scrubbing brush which did well on the lightly soiled grout and the tiles themselves, but not as good on the heavily soiled grout area.
Overall, I was pleased with the whole job, but I felt the tile could have used a little more attention. I didn't say anything while the tech was still here even though the grout was still dark. I assumed the dark was because the grout was still wet. It did lighten as it dried, but the noted problem area still looks dirty.
I will probably look for a different vendor the next time I need tile grout cleaned but would use Zerorez for carpet cleaning again.
