Jachai was absolutely wonderful! He was very kind and patient with my 84 year old parents. He explained everything to them very thoroughly but talked loud enough and clear enough that they could understand. They are both hard of hearing. He did a fantastic job on the carpet. The carpet is 32 years old and looks like new!He went above and beyond. Because of Jachai. We will definitely use the company again.

Jason and Syrus did an amazing job at my mom's house this week. They were both very polite and talked me through everything they were going to do before they even started to get equipment out. They even spent extra time on some of the deeper stains and the carpet that is over 20 years old, looks brand new. 10/10 will recommend Zerorez to everyone.
Everyone was very pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. The service technician was on time and did a good job cleaning an upholstery chair & a 5x7 area rug. We were very pleased & would highly recommend.
