Scheduling appointment was easy and quick, communication prior to scheduled appointment was excellent, team was very professional, explained everything they were going to do, did not disrupt our day while they completed the work, and were efficient completing the cleaning within the estimated time.
He did a very good job in the bedroom, down the Hall, and the dark oil spot(?) that I was so worried about.

Zac was absolutely wonderful to work with!! He was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job on carpets I thought were ruined!!! The carpets dry quickly, and looked absolutely wonderful! He was very professional and talked me through the process. The cleaning process was safe for my pet and grandchildren! No chemical smell, just fresh clean carpets!!!
The application and technician were very good. The only thing I didn’t like was how wet the carpet was and how long it took to dry(More than 24 hours). One of the reasons I chose Zerorez was the claim the carpet would be dry in several hours.

The team of people who came to our house were efficient and friendly. They did a good job of explaining everything that they would be doing that day as well as making recommendations moving forward. I appreciated their honesty and the before & after pictures. We really can tell a difference in our home. The amount of dust settling on furniture, air quality, and just cleanliness of everything is incomparable.
Once again I can not say enough good things about the job DUSTIN did in getting the stains out of my carpet. The next time I need my carpet cleaned I will use your company again and request that young man to do the job.
