Zach was great as well explaining everything he was going to do and his process as well as answering all of our questions before during and after. We are extremely pleased with the service and the results. Our carpet looks great.

Zac was diligent and hard working. He went over certain areas multiple times as our tile floors had never been professionally cleaned. The grout looks nearly new . He also cleaned two bedrooms and they look brand new. Will definitely use ZEROREZ again and we will recommend them to our friends.
