I really liked the person that came to my house & cleaned my carpet. He was very thorough & professional!!
Very responsive to streaking issue after carpet dried. I called their office and a correction date (at no additional charge) was set. The technician came on time and explained the possible reason for the streaking and immediately recleaned not just the couple of places that showed the issue but went over the entire job again so that it all looked the same. We are very pleased with the outcome.
It is very clean and leaves a fresh smell. It gets up most spots and makes your carpet look brand new again.
